Appraisal Institute (AI)
- MAI – Member of the Appraisal Institute: Commercial valuation designation requiring advanced coursework, peer-reviewed reports, and extensive experience.
- SRA – Senior Residential Appraiser: Advanced residential designation requiring higher education, experience, and adherence to standards.
- AI-GRS – General Review Specialist: Recognizes appraisers with expertise in reviewing commercial assignments.
