Leadership Team

Integrity. Competency. Credibility.

DAC Committees

The Designated Appraiser Coalition leadership team has implemented a series of committees to ensure the success of its members and the strength of the coalition as a whole. Each committee is led by a Chair and Co-Chair, with support from leadership and senior professionals, and is designed to focus on a specific area critical to DAC’s mission. Together, these committees provide oversight, guidance, and innovation that advance professional standards, create value for members, and strengthen the role of designated valuation professionals in the marketplace.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee provides oversight and coordination for all DAC activities. It holds final decision-making authority on governance matters, including calling and conducting Board of Managers meetings in accordance with the DAC Charter. Working in collaboration with all other committees, it advances DAC’s mission of strengthening professional standards and member engagement. The Chair plays a central role by setting agendas, guiding meetings, representing DAC publicly, and exercising tie-breaking authority when needed.
